Prydell City

In short, this is a mediocre, laid-back, and slow-moving place that is rising up but still has lots to do if it ever wants to reach the same level as the other two cities in Para. Prydell used to be a town situated in the more rural areas of the island, but was reclassified following a substantial increase in population and business growth over the years. However, when one walks around the supposed city, it still is very urban and residential, with few high-rise buildings, several old manors re-purposed as businesses, and still quite a number of big open spaces that are managed by farmers, in addition to a National Park known as ‘Prydell Park’. When it comes to Heroes and Villains, many citizens deny that they even exist and if you were to try and convince the average person, they could very well look at you as if you lost your marbles. Villains are mostly dismissed as “eccentric criminals”, and Heroes are quite simply seen as “very experimental cops”. The local authorities based here are quite obviously small too, with only one police station and not very much in terms of resources to handle anything beyond a common low-level crime.
